 AWAITING TIRESIAS

an evolving theatrical response to evolving identity

Current Projects:

History: Because I believe in creating theatre for its specific time, space, and audience this exploration has had numerous iterations and I consider it to be ever evolving. These evolutions reflect differences in my own perspective as regards my diagnosis and lived experience, changes to the resources I have at my disposal, and the conversation I hope to have with individual audiences. Performances under current projects are either under construction or versions that I am happy to continue exploring. Retired iterations are projects that appear to have worn our their welcome in that form, although those who follow my journey will find their ghosts in what I am working on now.

Retired Iterations:

  • Rearranging the Furniture - live performance exploring audience interaction

    • This version had its most extensive run and embodiment at PortFringe - Mechanic’s Hall Ballroom, Portland, ME - June 15, 18, 20, 22, 2019

    • Arts Experience - Vandervort Room at Hobart and William Smith Colleges - April 11, 2019

    • ASTR 2018 Forum (La Jolla) on the University of California - San Diego (La Jolla) campus - November 16, 2018

    • Nixon Theatre at the University of California - Irvine - November 15, 2018
